H.E.Mr Igor Beliaev, Ambassador of Russia in Algeria takes part in the wreath-laying ceremony at the monument of Simon Bolivar in Algiers
On the 24th of March H.E.Mr Igor Beliaev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation in People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria participated in the wreath-laying ceremony at the monument of the national hero of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Simon Bolivar in Algiers on the occasion of 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Venezuela and Algeria.
